Over the past 11 years I have set up 4 businesses, 2 out of compassion and heart and 2 out of necessity, I am very proud of everything I have achieved and have learnt an immense amount from things not working out, it’s been like my own personal MBA by learning as I went and especially learning from the fails.  My resilience has always been tested and when I found myself at yet another crossroads I had to stop, take myself in hand and reflect on everything.  This is when I heard about the Start with You Program and Marisa just blew me away with her authenticity and clarity.  It didn’t take me long to make up my mind to sign up to the program because it was all about finding and building my True North Business – realising and doing what I have been put here to do.

Throughout the program there was a lot of soul searching and delving into the past which at times got very emotional, after all the programme is called Start With You… Out of it I realised my passion and true calling is helping people to be better than they think they are.

The biggest internal shift for me was that for the first time in my life I started to believe in myself and my ability. I learned to realise that I have amazing intuition in helping people when their business is stuck and I have the tenacity get them through to the next level.

Throughout the Start with You program I was coaching one of my clients and out of the blue he sent me this very timely testimonial….. “This week I earned what would have taken me nearly a month to earn a year ago, before I met Colette. All thanks to her analysis of my business, her support, encouragement and her insistence on hard work!”….. For me this and what I was learning in the program gave me clarity that I was on the right path.

My biggest external shift was finally knowing that I have created a business that I was always meant to have. Which is helping as many people as I can get want they want through their business and for their life.

I have called it Moonshot Collective – website www.moonshot.ie and through it we work with ambitious business owners who want to make transformations in their business and in their lives. Working together we make what they think is impossible possible. It’s all about getting people to think bigger and take action at a higher level – finding, creating and achieving their own moonshot.

I wish I had come across Marisa, her team and this Start With You program years ago and I strongly believe everyone setting up a business should start with this program. I cannot recommend this program highly enough.
