The Extra Special Bond between My Mommy and I, makes us inseparable, I was the baby of 5 children, unfortunately, she had 3 boys and they went to their new family, my sister and I were her children, being the baby that’s was a privilege for being her primary caregiver which I did Happily and totally committed every day for about 34 years, while I’m dealing with my multiple inflammatory chronic conditions. In 1977 I got diagnosed with Hashimoto,
so begin the total of 11 more to follow, and its the Rheumatoid Arthritis, it’s severity was a sign of clarity and a 360 LifeTransformation for me, first abling me to help and take care of my mommy the proper way by experience all the symptoms, I knew what to do, her and I were speaking the same language. Second, my Vocation in Life had its Evolution and since then my mission on earth simplify itself, it is to help and support especially women 50+ living with inflammatory chronic conditions.
My After Story is I not only help my mom, but I did for elderly neighbors, at the Wellness Center, since the Wellness Center had close all the members have demanded that I continue, which I have been trying to do online.
My biggest challenge is to find assistants who will accept to work for $16.00 an hour for 4 to 5 hours to be my hands to do my social media for me.
Despite it all, I create My Self~Care Evolution launched in March for 6 weeks I had 4 clients because I forced myself to do the Modules and I did it one on one with each of them, it was successful, especially with Lydia who had a heart attack the week after she started, she’s
feeling better, lost 15 lbs and I still keep up with them. I can no longer do too much with my swollen hands, but I can talk by phone or better yet Google Meet.
I am anxious to start my North Business with the help of Divine Perception, here I come!!!

I continue to do to the best of my abilities and be the Inspirational voice to my community, learn accustomed to and live with inflammatory chronic conditions, pains, flair-ups & spasms. Despite the 24/7 of living with the fire inside, I forced myself to get up every day at 4:00 am to do my Affirmation create some morning time for my business, take care of my cockatiels, get ready for all my exercises classes, attend webinars, making my phone calls for my business. With Support we can achieve everything, not easy hills battle, with perseverance, commitment, devotion, caring, creativity, willingness, grounded, honor, respect above all Love for humanity and the Universe.
